Four of the choral scholars benefited from study in Europe over the summer. Kayla, Arlene, and Michael were participants in Opera Fest di Roma in Italy, and Jay was in Gratz, Austria, with the American Institute of Musical Studies. Their studies were partly financed by a benefit recital at Calvary last spring. Watch for details of a Saturday Night Club event in February when you can hear about their travels and listen to some of the music they learned.
