On Sunday, March 5 approximately 70 Calvary members left worship and came to the dining room to enjoy a light Lenten lunch of homemade soups, bread and fellowship. Kay Smith and Mark Phoebus shared tales of their journeys to Rwanda. This simple time together produced $1,606.00 for those traveling to Rwanda this summer. They will reconnect with our Rwandan brothers and sisters in the faith. Thank you to all the Mission Committee for their contributions of time, fabulous soups and bread. Let’s all gather for a meal again soon. It was wonderful.
