We extend a warm welcome to all to join us for worship on Sunday, January 21 at 11:00 a.m.
Our service is rich with tradition, fine musical contributions and contemporary sermons in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.
This Sunday, we will welcome new members and host a special recognition reception for Ben Fitzgerald-Fye to acknowledge his transition from seminary intern to student pastor.
During the service, Rev. David J. Hanna will deliver the sermon Life Together: Hold On.
Relationships can be messy and meaningful, complicated and beautiful, hurtful and healing. So the church is all those things too because the church is a web of relationships.
We invite you to join us following the service in the Chalice Room next to the Sanctuary, where the Seminary Student Lay Committee will host a reception for Ben Fitzgerald-Fye to acknowledge his transition from seminary intern to student pastor. This past year Ben has blessed Calvary with his service to us in worship, teaching, and visitation and will now direct his attention toward establishing a ministry to students on the IUP campus. Please join us during the fellowship hour to express your appreciation and encouragement to Ben.
