On Sunday, November 5, Calvary celebrated St. Andrew’s Day in recognition of Scotland as the birthplace of Presbyterianism.
As has been our tradition, there will be a high tea following worship in the Chalice Room.
On November 5, we welcomed piper, Terry Greene. He started bagpipe lessons in the late 90’s competing in the eastern U.S. and Canada, individually and with other fellow pipers and drummers in a band. Performing music for various occasions, whether it be in joyous times such as weddings and times of worship, or somber moments of remembrance as with funerals. Sharing the gift of bagpipe music and the traditions of Scottish heritage.
